We aim to create a vital and abundant community in the lush Southern Pacific coastal zone of Costa Rica – a paradise where life optimisation is ours for the sharing and our families can thrive, a place that is thoughtfully and intentionally designed to promote the values we hold most dear:

  • Complete acquisition of property and release lots for purchase by community members
  • Develop lots for community members via project’s designated build team to complete home construction (options for 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes available)
  • Support community members through Costa Rican residency application process
  • Begin planning/fundraising for community space and communal food gardens
  • Begin concept planning/fundraising for possible on-property retreat center
  • Create foundation to support local Tico communities (1% from lot sales to be donated to the foundation for home improvement grants for local families)
